Company Overview: Bee Setups is a nationwide short-term rental furnishing and design company. The company handles end-to-end property setup, including design, sourcing, delivery, assembly, and installation, with a distributed team across the United States, Mexico, and Europe.

3. Required Qualifications: Experience 

  • • Three to five years minimum in operations, project coordination, or field execution within a service-based, field-execution, or distributed-team business. 
 
  • Prior industries that translate well include construction, remodeling, hospitality operations, property management, real estate operations, event production, and logistics.
  •  • Demonstrated experience managing distributed labor (handymen, contractors, technicians, field crews). Candidate must be able to point to specific past situations where they sourced, hired, and managed independent field workers, including underperformance situations.
  •  • Proven negotiation experience with vendors, contractors, or service providers. Candidate must be able to walk through specific examples of negotiations they led, including outcomes.
  •  • Inventory management experience. Candidate must have hands-on experience with physical inventory counts, reconciliation against master lists, and discrepancy resolution. 
  • • Experience with direct client communication in a service business. Candidate must be able to demonstrate prior responsibility for managing routine client touchpoints in writing, with a track record of professional, calm, and solution-oriented tone.





 

4. Hard Requirements: Non-Negotiable 

 

These are deal-breakers. Any candidate who cannot meet all six should not advance. 

1. Full-time dedication and KPI accountability. The role is full-time. The candidate must consistently meet defined KPIs around inventory cadence, daily huddle participation, response times, and project closure windows; maintain good standing with the company; and deliver the full scope of the contracted role. Candidates who cannot commit to that level of focus and performance should not advance. 

2. Availability during US business hours. The candidate must be available and reachable during US Central Standard Time business hours, on WhatsApp and Zoom, with predictable response times. The role requires daily participation in an operations huddle. 3. Camera-on professionalism. All Zoom calls are camera-on. The candidate must have a professional home office setup with reliable internet, a quiet environment, and the ability to be visibly present and engaged during calls. 

4. Bilingual fluency. Spanish and English, written and verbal, at the professional level.

 5. Near-native written English fluency. Verbal fluency alone is not sufficient. A writing sample will be required during the interview process. 

6. Demonstrated track record of focused delivery. Candidate should be able to point to recent roles where they consistently met KPIs, hit deadlines, and delivered the full scope of their contracted responsibilities.
